I like the way Pie Hole looks like a face. It's a little scary how many 'hole' references I came up with! I'll only share a few, as I don't want to give away all my secrets. Like this one - Alco Hole. In our twisted world we often greet really good friends with "How's your (w)hole..." then quietly add "family." For you I like Skitz Hole or Skitz Hole Phrenic.
